Customer Service & Warranty

We stand behind our products and should any issues arise, we will make it right, guaranteed.

All of our inflatable boards are warrantied against defects in workmanship for a period of 3 years. This warranty is limited – If you abuse or misuse your gear, or if your product is out of warranty and you encounter a problem, there is no warranty, but please get in touch – We want to help out in any way we can!

To keep your board in good condition (and to keep the warranty in place) please note the proper care below:

These boards are tough, but they are still made out of plastic, and must be cared for properly to get the longest life!

Store your board in the shade when possible – if it is really hot out, lower the pressure in your board if it is in the hot sun for an extended period – this is just common care for PVC material. The sun can cause damage to plastics in the long run, and hot air expands, causing the pressure in the boards to go above the recommended PSI.

When travelling with boards inflated - keep in mind that they will gain pressure from heat AND from altitude (mountain passes) – don’t let your boards get too much pressure in them, since explosive decompression from over-inflation voids your warranty.

Don’t let water inside your board - this will damage the internal stitching, and water inside the board will VOID your warranty. Keep the valve closed when the board is deflated near water (like in your raft!).

ALWAYS use the bag to transport your board – the easiest way to damage your board is in transit, while it is deflated. Always keep it in the bag to keep it safe.

Roll the pump (hoses DETACHED) inside the board, and then put the board in the bag. This will protect your pump in transit.

Use the plastic luggage bags at the airport when checking your board on the plane. This will keep the conveyor belts from burning up / dirtying up your bag and board.

Don’t put weight on top of your boards when they’re rolled up.

Don’t drag your board along any surface when it’s rolled up – and don’t drag your board ever, it’s just not a good idea.

TAKE OUT THE CENTER FIN if you are running a shallow river – the fin boxes are tough, but you could still break them if you misuse them, and the fin boxes and fins are only warranted for manufacturer defects.

If you are going to hit the fins on rocks – or you think you might, move to the front of the board – don’t let the fins drag on rocks… Though the permanent fins should be just fine, this is a good move to learn to stay on your board and keep from “supermanning” off the front of your board.
